Ideal for measurement, positioning, inspection and vision applications!

The patented, RAM-engineered OVP™ Optical Video Probe System (OVP) is designed to adapt readily for alignment, positioning or measurement, as required. It can be mounted to Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and Toolmaker’s Microscopes, as well as being ideally suited for all types of vision system applications. All necessary support subsystems are available for the OVP to permit a complete range of inspection tasks.

 

The OVP:

  • Easily adapts to virtually any coordinate measuring machine.
  • Is built to withstand most shop environments.
  • Is suitable for a multitude of measurement, positioning, inspection and vision applications.
  • Features 6.5 to 1 parfocal zoom optics, with choice of manual or remote motorized zoom control.
  • Provides resolution to 3 microns per pixel, which can be reduced to 1.5 with a 2x auxiliary lens.
