| With the Simple Support option we retain a copy of your project for you to login and download at any time. Simple Support grants you to 30 days of support incidents following the final sign off on the project. |
Extended Support allows you to have two site changes* annually and a support incidents per month that may or may not end in project changes or rebuilds within the system granted that the question is a result of a bug in the system. |

| The Advanced Support option grants you the right to request a change on a monthly bases and any time a support question results in a bug within the system Distinctive Productions will repair the bug free of charge in a timely manner. With this option there is no limit on support incidents. |
The Unlimited option allows your company to be in constant contact with a representative of Distinctive Productions, for companies that do not have an internal developer and require a resource such as a developer to maintain the project in question following the project completion. |
